Cordyceps and Kidney Yang


Frequent urination and waking up to urinate are the most common symptoms of a kidney yang deficiency.  As you age, your kidneys grow weaker and you often have to go to the bathroom more often and wake to go to the bathroom.

I find that most people wake up in the middle of the night and think that they woke up from something else and just went to the bathroom since they were up already.  When in fact, they woke up to go to the bathroom.  This problem is usually greatly improved after about a few weeks on cordyceps.  Acupuncture also is effective for frequent urination.  The objective is to strengthen the kidney energy.
